Doctors are under the pump more than ever before and many are looking after themselves last.
We know that maintaining our own wellbeing benefits ourselves and our patients.
But actually putting those strategies into place can be another matter.
Join us to jumpstart your wellbeing with a small group of like-minded peers, to overcome barriers and start putting practical, evidence-based strategies in place that you can use at work and at home. The group will meet in person for two sessions, one week apart, led by former psychiatrist and Professional Coach Dr Ira van der Steenstraten, who is specialised in doctors’ health and wellbeing.
The sessions will provide a safe space to focus on your personal wellbeing, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
The program has been developed for doctors with the input of doctors. The content addresses issues that doctors facing and received feedback such as:
