The Compass of Life © program is designed to help you find direction when you want to make positive changes in your life but you do not know where to start.
Life can become so busy that we become overwhelmed.
We feel tired, depleted and it is hard to find our own way out. Where do you start to re-energise and create a more balanced life?
Having a support to help pointing you in the right direction can be a great help. What are the most important areas to focus on and where do you start?
This program is designed to help navigate these daily challenges and creating a more fulfilled life.
- The Compass of Life © program consists of six sessions and takes you through the main aspects of life that will help you to rebalance.
The amount of sessions can be adjusted to your needs.
- The program can be done individually or with a group. The maximum number for a group is 30 individuals.
- It can be run on location or online, facilitated by Dr Ira van der Steenstraten
